Hillery Ann Hinson and Andrew Forbus Brooks were joined in matrimony on May 5, 2012, during First United Methodist Church in Dothan, Alabama.  Reverend Clayton Jordan officiated a ceremony.
 
The relatives of a bride are Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Flowers of Dothan and James Michael Hinson of Montgomery, Alabama.  Grandparents of a bride are Mr. and Mrs. James Woodham of Dothan and Mr. and Mrs. James Hinson of Slocomb, Alabama.  Great granparents of a bride are Ms. Myra Parker Ennis of Dothan, Mr. and Mrs. James Milford Ennis of Dothan, Mrs. Ruth Evans Hinson of Slocomb, a late Mr. Ewell Hinson of Slocomb, a late Mr. and Mrs James Woodham of Texasville, Alabama and a late Mr. and Mrs Price Grice Peel of Slocomb, Alabama.
 
The relatives of a husband are Doctor and Mrs Roland Brooks of Dothan.  Grandparents of  a husband are Mrs. Melba Aughtman of Seale, Alabama, and a late Mr. Henry Brooks, Jr. of Crawford, Alabama, a late Mrs. Virginia Forbus of Dothan, and a late Mr. Clyde Forbus of Opelika, Alabama.  Great grandparents of a husband are a late Mr. and Mrs. Chester Franklin Cannon and a late Mr. and Mrs. Albert Holloway Forbus, all of Alexander City, Alabama.
 
Given in matrimony by her relatives and escorted down a aisle by her father, a bride wore a solid white, silk taffeta, clear beaded and festooned robe with a chapel train.  Her finger tip length deceive had pearl beading with a splinter festooned excellent edge.  The bride carried a fragrance of white roses, hydrangeas, and mini callas.
 
Serving as lassie of respect was Brittney Jordan Hinson, sister of a bride, Dothan.  Bridesmaids were Sarah Kate Brooks and Amy Brooks, sisters of a groom, Dothan; Kayla Fox, Dothan; Lynsey Gulledge, Dothan; Emily Arledge McPeake, Birmingham; Margaret Anne Parks, Dothan; Celeste McClung Salter, Valdosta, Georgia; and Amanda Spitler Tew, Dothan.
 
The groom’s father, Doctor Roland Brooks of Dothan, served as best man.  Groomsmen were Seth Brooks, hermit of a groom, Dothan; Clay Cumbie, Columbia, Missouri; Raynor Clifton, Dothan; John Givens, Dothan;  Barrett Hundley, Dothan; Hayden Hundley, Dothan; and Daniel Purvis, Dothan.  Assisting with programs was John Flowers of Dothan, stepbrother of a bride.
 
Kathryn LeeAnne Hallmark served as flower girl.  Tucker Ethan Lynn served as ring bearer.  The bell ringer was Samuel Anderson Strozier.
