Now, it has been announced that Motown: The Musical will open during a Lunt-Fontanne Theatre on Apr 14, 2013, with previews commencement Mar 11, 2013, according to a press release. Tickets go on sale to a ubiquitous open Oct 1.

The uncover will star Tony Award hopeful Brandon Victor Dixon (The Color Purple) and Valisia LeKae (The Book of Mormon) as Berry Gordy and Diana Ross, respectively.
